By recognising that we are in a stressful situation that requires self-awareness, we can make it a little harder for someone to take our anger and frustration out on us.

We saw this happen during the World Series, where the worst baseball team sucked but the best pitcher didnt. They didnt care.

I just reread my post again, and I get it. No one is making a point about the other guy. They are just being a dick.
