Now he has a huge team of people helping him with his next book signing event, and he’s getting ready to have it in London next year.
He’s also a very good blagger, as we noted in our interview with James. He’s been approached already by a publisher and has already been approached by a big company in the US, so it’s a good thing that events like this raise the level of awareness and business acumen of the people who attend.
In an interview with a few of the other companies involved with the book signing event, he was also asked if it would be possible for the book to be published in other languages. While it would be great to have a book that was in English, there are a number of languages that the book speaks to — and if a publisher wants to publish a book in those languages, that’s a different story.
While I’m not one for conspiracy theories, I am a huge fan of the idea of a book that can be translated into other languages. The original, by Mark Messier, would have been published in six different languages (and it would have been the first of its kind) and I don’t think anyone would have been able to have a book translated into eight languages.
I’m not sure if I’m the only one who thinks that I’d like to see a book made in eight languages, but I thought it was worth pointing out given the recent sales of The Book of Markmessier.
Unfortunately, not all of the books are available in English. But the French version of The Book of Markmessier, in which Mark messier is a character, is being translated right now. No details on the exact language, but if you’re a fan of the book, I’d highly recommend giving it a read.
As you probably know, the book and movie are both based on a real life person. Mark’s mother, who is a linguist, gave him the book to read to help him learn French, but Mark also has a sister who is a linguist and one of the voices in the movie. The book and movie are both also written by Mark and have been adapted into a series of novels and movies.
