It’s a fascinating look at how we can self-reflect and self-learn how to be more in control of our lives. The book has a chapter on overcoming negative self-talk. You don’t have to worry about reading it just yet but, if you do, you can download the audiobook version for free.

I am not going to go into the actual content of this book but I am going to get right to the point. The book is an excellent resource for anyone that wants to improve their self-awareness. In it, curtis gives a great overview of the three levels of self-awareness and how you can improve your level of awareness while also improving your life. I don’t know how many people listen to audiobooks, but if you find that your self-awareness is falling short, then this book is for you. For those who have better self-awareness, this book is a guide to learning more about your mental, emotional, and physical state of being. I’ve read this book when I was feeling anxious, anxious, and anxious.

I got into audiobooks because I love being able to listen to books that aren’t available for download. I find that it helps me to keep my mind off things that I’m having a hard time keeping in my mind. I read this book when I felt like I couldn’t remember something (like when I was in the hospital being told I was having a stroke and I didn’t know how to get myself out of it).

A big part of the book was a section about how to self-soothe. The best way to do this (for me anyway) is with music. The best way to use music to self soothe is to listen to a playlist that has soothing music that is upbeat and relaxing. I find that listening to good music helps me to calm myself down and relax me. Its the same reasoning behind why listening to good music helps to lower blood pressure.

As for my book, this is the first time I’ve talked about the book in a video. I’ve got more to say about this book, but I’m sure you can expect more of the same in the future.

Nicole Curtis is a very important figure in my life right now. Her words and music have helped me to take the time to take care of myself through my life’s journey and its helped me to be a better person. I have been reading this book for about a year now and Ive learned a lot from it and its helped me to write this review. I still have a lot more to say about this book, but I will save it for another time.

Nicole is an amazing person, a talented songwriter, and a talented writer. One of the most important things for me to say about her is that I think she does a lot of the work that you would probably take for granted as “regular people” do.
